Optimizing processes through user-oriented (partially) automated reporting

Motivation

Seecon regularly prepares mapping reports for various projects. These are used to plan the development of conservation areas. Much of the data in mapping reports is similar. A (partially) automated creation of text modules would result in enormous time and cost savings.

Objective

  • Process optimization for seecon employees through (partially) automated, standardized compilation of mapping reports

Results

  • Creating an automation concept for the exemplary preparation of the existing text modules
  • Creating a user concept for a suitable interface design
  • Added value: Process optimization for employees
