Exchange of experiences for companies in the Covid-19 crisis

The Covid-19 pandemic has shaken our familiar structures. For example, supply chains were massively disrupted by the crisis. How did companies deal with the fact that suppliers from all over the world were suddenly no longer able to produce or deliver, or that customers postponed new investments due to cost pressure? What can we learn from these experiences? Additionally, the everyday working life of many of us has also undergone transformation. Changes that have been considered for a long time are suddenly implemented quickly. Working from home and attending online meetings are now often the rule rather than the exception. However, which new processes and structures should be retained after the crisis?

During our workshop, we would like to discuss with companies how they have been dealing with the crisis – and how they plan to deal with it after it ends. Central questions are how the market and the demand situation have changed due to the pandemic and how companies could deal with it. We would also like to discuss other important topics, such as financial aid for companies during the crisis and the role of digital collaboration with customers. The workshop will help companies to answer the following questions:

  • What changes does the Covid-19 crisis bring for companies?
  • Which changes are particularly challenging? Which solutions have companies already found?
  • Which changes are positive so that they (could) remain in companies after the Covid-19 crisis?

The workshop is organized as a free (online) meeting and offers all participants the opportunity for direct exchange about the difficulties and challenges of the Covid-19 crisis. This enables the participants to get in touch with each other and to develop suitable solutions for their individual challenges together.

Are you interested in participating in our workshop or would you like an individual exchange? We are looking forward to your e-mail!
